An am and pm shuttle will be provided from all BI Conference hotels and the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. Schedules will be available onsite.

New Reservations
The contracted hotel blocks for the Business Intelligence (BI) Conference have now expired. If you are registering for the first time or have not previously requested a hotel reservation on the registration website you may call the official BI Conference hotels directly to check availability and book your hotel accommodations. A complete list of the conference hotels including contact information and a link to their website is listed below. Space and rates are based upon availability. Existing Reservations
Prior to May 30, 2010, all changes and hotel cancellations must be made through the Microsoft BI Conference registration office or website. Please note that extension requests are based on availability.
All change requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel. Check the status of your reservation online by visiting https://registration.crgevents.com/BIC2010, logging in with your Windows Live™ ID or username and password, and selecting “Review” from your Returning Services Menu.
Beginning May 30, 2010 changes and cancellations to existing hotel reservations must be made directly with your hotel. All updates and cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to do will result in a charge to your credit card of one night room and tax (13% tax). A complete list of the conference hotels including contact information and a link to their websites is listed below.
Please note: You will not be able to change or cancel your existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel until May 30, 2010
